There is no such thing as a bad question, so don’t hesitate to ask us anything. Here are a few common ones we receive.

How do I update my billing and/or shipping information?

For our subscriptions, just send an email with the new address to us at mytiemonthly@gmail.com and we’ll send you confirmation once we’ve made the update.

For our subscriptions, the easiest way to update your billing or your shipping information is to click on the link near the bottom of your email receipt you received when you purchased your tie subscription. This is also the very same email that comes to your inbox every month. Just look for the blue text hyperlink that says “Update your billing information” and click there! Then you will need to enter the email address and password associated with your account.

Also, you can always email us at mytiemonthly@gmail.com if you have any problems and we can hook you up.

How do I get more than one tie a each month?

If one monthly Tie just isn’t enough for you, all you have to do is add as many subscriptions to your cart as you want to receive each month. And don’t worry about getting three (or however many) of the same tie because each tie in your monthly shipment will be a different design every month.

How long will it take my tie to arrive?

We process new subscriptions right away, so when you first sign up you’ll get your ties within 4 to 6 days. Our delivery times may vary, but usually never longer than 2 weeks depending on a crapload of factors beyond our control. Unfortunately, to get our shipping cost down we are unable to provide tracking information. If you are interested in having additional shipping options (at a higher cost), please shoot us an email at mytiemonthly@gmail.com to let us know.

Will my tie arrive on the same day every month?

We try to send your tie on the same day of the month that you first signed up. But if we have a week with a bunch of subscriptions, we may send them all at once. Basically, you’ll get your tie around the same time every month, plus or minus a few days. See our shipping and delivery policy to learn more.

Can I buy a subscription for someone else?

Of course! You can choose to pay monthly and send them tie’s every month for as long as you want to keep paying.

What if I hate the tie I get?

Not possible. Never going to happen. You will love them and you will wear them and your life will be better because of them. ALSO, appallingly ugly crazy tie’s would make a great white elephant gift, amirite? It’s a win win win. Ooh, ooh, NO! You know what you should do? You should make a tie monster!! Yeah, and send us pictures of it and we’ll post them somewhere.

No seriously, how do I cancel my subscription?

FINE. But can we still be friends? All you have to do is email us and we’ll take care of it. But it will make us super sad. Wow, we’re sad right now just thinking about it. See our cancellation and refund policies for more specific instructions.

I don’t live in the USA… can I still subscribe?

Yes! We offer international shipping! A cause for celebration around the world. We have sites in the USA, Europe, Australia and China, so we can reach any mail box in quick time.
